Classroom Training in Portland – MIP Report Writing Fundamentals

Welter Consulting and RBP Methods are teaming up to offer classroom training for Abila MIP Fund Accounting. Want to brush up on your skills? Here’s your chance. Or maybe you’ve added team members to your staff and they’ve never been formally trained on the application. This is the perfect option for getting them up to speed.

Your nonprofit depends on fast accurate reporting to proactive their programs and the organization. Those attending MIP Report Writing Fundamentals will learn:

• How each of the tabs on the report set-up work
• Transaction entry fields within the system and how they help us pull the most efficient reports
• Report naming and archiving
• Other important tips to make reporting a breeze (common errors, fitting to a page, etc
• Export module and how to export reports into different formats – including email, excel and pdf
• Discuss the MIP scheduler module which allows you to create report binders in order to group reports for easy distribution to people throughout the agency by scheduling reports to run after hours & go directly to recipient by email, saved on network in excel or pdf or sent to a printer.
• Executive View users and how this type of licensing is useful in conjunction with the advanced security module
• Benefits of using the process manager (favorites) to store and organize reports
• Bring examples with you to discuss/resolve in class

Cost: $695 per person; $595 per person in 2 or more attend from your organization

Class details:

•Classes held from 9:00 to 4:00 daily in person at our Portland training facility
•Free parking
•Breakfast, lunch. snacks & beverages are included in registration fee
•Individual workstation and class materials are provided for each student.
•Access to complimentary WiFi
•6 hours of CPE/day & certificate given to each attendee
•Minimum of 5 attendees to hold each class. As soon as the minimum attendance is met, you will receive confirmation by email and will be invoiced at that time.
•Out of town guests should wait to book travel until class is confirmed. Contact us for a list of nearby hotels/restaurants.
•Cancellation must be done 2+ weeks prior to class date for full refund.
