The Nonprofit Enrichment Series, sponsored by Welter Consulting LLC, is a free webinar training program for nonprofits. These educational webinars are designed for Finance Directors, Accountants, Executive Directors and Board Members.
Delivered online via webinar technology, attendees join from the comfort of their office, accommodating the busiest of schedules. Webinars are offered monthly and are free to all nonprofits or CPA’s specializing in assisting nonprofits. CPE credit is available too!
If you prefer to have your training conducted in your office we offer on-site training. We are happy to come to you, use your data and your systems to get you up-to-speed on your software. We come to you and use your data and your systems to get you up-to-speed on your new system. With our guidance, you’ll be doing real transactions (not sample exercises) with your data. We help you to apply the new software functionality specifically to the data you need to input and process.
We recommend having one or two sessions of each key process, including month-end billing and reporting, as part of the on site training. Following on site training, you’ll have access to remote training and follow up as needed throughout our engagement with you. We also recommend a six month check-in, at which time we review with you that the system is functioning as designed and that the staff has received enough training to utilize the software effectively.
