It is exciting, motivating, and humbling to work with nonprofits.  At Welter Consulting we are passionate about helping nonprofits so that they, in turn, can focus on helping their constituents and communities.

Recently, a social services organization was evaluating Abila software and Welter Consulting.  In researching their options, they contacted a Welter Consulting client, Educational Opportunities for Children and Families (EOCF).  There isn’t anything more affirming than the praise of a client and we are delighted and honored to receive this feedback.  Here is what EOCF’s Jesika Williams had to say about us:

EOCF 6

My experience with Welter Consulting has been extremely positive.  Everyone in our agency loves working with Vicki and honestly, we could not fully utilize our software without her.  We’ve actually developed a connection with her and she understands not only our software, but also our business practices and organizational structure.  When she left her previous employer and went into business for herself, we did not hesitate to keep her on as our consultant – as we felt she is irreplaceable.

The interaction between Ms. Welter and our agency has always been professionals, courteous, and understanding.  She understands that not everyone learns the same way and she adjusts her teaching style to accommodate each individual’s need.  I quite often have questions that need an immediate response and she understands that and always returns my emails immediately.  She’s extremely knowledgeable about Abila and each module and there has never been something that she could not help with.

EOCF 5Response time is always quick.  If she is with a client and cannot answer my question immediately, then she will email or call to let me know when she will have an answer for me.  Even then, it never takes long, and she’s very easy to talk to.

Overall I would highly recommend Vicki Welter to assist you with your Abila software.  As a nonprofit with over 250 employees, we understand the need to have someone that can exceed our expectations at a reasonable price and Welter Consulting meets this criteria.
